The Company: This is a Hospitality group owns few Chinese and Pan Asian cuisine restaurants in Vietnam and currently expanding their portfolio to American style- Upscale Steak house in Saigon and Hanoi and Italian restaurants in the same locations.
Job Title: Chef de Cuisine
Type of Restaurant:
- Upscale Steak House similar to ( https://www.mastrosrestaurants.com/Locations/CA/Costa-Mesa/ ) or ( https://www.thecapitalgrille.com/ )
- 400-500 m2
- 12 to 15 staff in the kitchen
Starting date: March- April
Type of Contract : 1-2 years with options to be extended
Candidate specifications:
- minimum 8 years cooking experience
- minimum 3-4 years experience as a Head Chef/ Chef de Cuisine
- upscale Steak restaurant background
- meat and butchery specialist
- Good people management skills
- Good people training skills
- preferable European stand alone restaurant experience
Salary & Benefits package :
- 2,500 to 3,500 USD/Net + 300 USD accommodation + 1 Flight ticket per year + Visa and Work permit by the company
