This is a Brand New Opening of a Modern Japanese cuisine restaurant and lounge bar, Fine Dining Restaurant located in Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico.

The Restaurant will have 200 covers, Bar capacity 30 covers , terrace 40 covers.

Our restaurant has the idea to offer something completely new, a sophisticated twist on the traditional Japanese  and Japanese fusion cuisine. We look also for informal eating and drinking in this modern Japanese cuisine restaurant. The ethos we look is to deliver an authentic flavor of the east, but respecting all the traditions of the past acclaimed style of modern Japanese cuisine.

Job Title:  Head Chef

Job Description:

We need an experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef looking to step up to Head Chef position.

Full time chef.

Job entails to manage, work, and capacity to be the head and run the back of the house. Have the abilities and know how of presenting adequate menu, run larder section which includes, ordering supplies, recipe and meal creation, preparing & presenting in house made cold entrees, hot entrees, and desserts.

Hours are approximately 40-45 hours per week, split shifts.

You will be joining a highly skilled kitchen, with a new contemporary cuisine that focuses on inventive in house made modern Sushi food. We are looking for a creative, tenacious, confident and strong person with the desire to believe in something new and innovative.
