Head Sushi Chef Candidate Specifications
– At least 3 years experience as a Head Sushi Chef in an upscale Japanese restaurant
– Japanese cuisine expert
– Good English speaking
-Excellent Team management and people skills
– Experience in Front cooking – communication with Guests
– Creative Chef with focus on quality and presentation
– Dedicated and passionate about cooking
– Menu design and development experience
– Cost Control
-Available for at least 1 year full time contract
– Eligible to work in Europe
Sushi Chef de Partie Specifications
– At least 5 years experience as a Sushi Chef
– Experience in upscale Japanese cuisine restaurants
– Excellent filleting skills
-Good team player
– Focus on quality and food presentation
-Creative chef who gives 100% to achieve excellence
– Good English communication skills
– Customer service focused
– Available for at least 1 year full time contract
-Eligible to work in Europe
Chef de Partie Hot Section- Japanese cuisine
– at least 5 years experience in Japanese cuisine ( Hot section dishes )
– experience in upscale Japanese restaurants in Europe
– Good team player
– Excellent Mise en Place skills
– Hard working individual with passion for cooking
– Creative personality
– Available for at least 1 year full time contract
– Eligible to work in Europe
