Job Title: Italian Sous Chef

The Company : This is an amazing Italian  & Japanese cuisine restaurant, 148 covers in the heart of Beirut, Lebanon. The restaurant is newly opened, but we need the Italian Sous Chef to start As soon as possible. The project is upscale Fine dining Restaurant with both Italian and Japanese menu. There is already an Executive Italian chef responsible for the Menu and we need a strong and ambitious Sous Chef to support him.

Contemporary design Wood & Brick, Fresh vegetable & fruit market and Fresh Seafood market within the premises of the Restaurant, a unique concept for refined food connoisseurs.

Candidate Specifications: 

  • Experience in Fine Dining Italian cuisine Restaurants
  • Experience in high volume restaurants
  • At least 2-3 years experience as a Sous Chef
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to train and develop the team
  • Creative and Ambitious personality
  • Good experience in kitchen management (schedule, costing, Inventories)

Starting date: ASAP

Contract Type: Permanent 1 year contract with options to be extended

Salary & Benefits:

2,500-3,000 USD/ NET per month x 12 salaries,
