The Company : This is an amazing 5* luxury hotel based in a known Winter Resort in Switzerland.For their awarded a la carte restaurant they need an Indian Cuisine specialist to join the team for the Asian Menu.

Job position: Thai Cuisine Chef de partie

Candidate specifications:

EU/ British passport holder – eligible to work in Switzerland
-experience in Contemporary & Traditional Thai Cuisine
-experience in a la carte – fine dining cuisine restaurants or 5* Hotels
-creative chef with eye for details and good presentation skills
-Team player to join a team of 3 Asian chefs
-knowledge of other Asian cuisines is a plus

Contract type: Permanent

Starting date: As soon as possible

Working hours per week : 43,5h

Working days : 5 , two days off

Holidays: 5 weeks + 6 public holidays

Salary Gross per month: 4,500 CHF/Gross per month Per Year: 4,500 x 13 months

Accommodation: cost for private room close to the Hotel : 500-800 CHF per month

Private Medical insurance: Accident insurance covered by the company. 200 CHF per month for private medical obligatory.

Food on duty : 10 CHF per day food and drinks in the hotel canteen or 200 CHF per month

Yearly NET package in GBP: between 26,000 to 28,000 GBP/ Net per year
